Characteristics
420J2 stainless steel coil belongs to the Japanese standard martensitic stainless steel, the implementation standard: JIS G4303-2005. 420J2 this steel has good mechanical processing performance. After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), it has excellent corrosion resistance, polishing performance, high strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing to withstand high loads, high wear resistance and under the action of corrosive media. The surface quality of the parts processed when the hardness is greater than HRC30 is good, but the tool is easy to wear. Therefore, after the material enters the factory, the quenching and tempering treatment is carried out to reach the hardness of HRC25-30, and then the cutting is carried out.
